01. Acceptance of Operational Terms
By accessing CatalystNode.digital or utilizing any B2B software services provided by CatalystNode, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, enterprise clients, and network administrators who interact with our systems.
If you are acting on behalf of a corporation or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these legal requirements. Failure to comply with these terms may result in immediate suspension of access to our strategic node network and analytics dashboards.
02. Infrastructure Usage & Restrictions
Performance of our strategy node deployments depends on adherence to system protocols. Users are prohibited from reverse-engineering any part of the CatalystNode portal, bypassing security authentication, or engaging in high-frequency data extraction that compromises network integrity for other enterprise clients.
We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding the use of our analytics engine for illegal surveillance or data manipulation within Thailand's digital jurisdiction. Access is granted solely for legitimate business intelligence and infrastructure orchestration purposes.
03. Proprietary Intellectual Property
All software architecture, visualization algorithms, trade secrets, and visual design elements on CatalystNode.digital are the exclusive property of CatalystNode. We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and interact with our public-facing data as permitted by your specific tier of service.
Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our proprietary node management logic or analytics frameworks is strictly prohibited and protected under international copyright law.
04. Liability Limitations
Under no circumstances shall CatalystNode be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from data loss, network downtime, or business interruption related to the use or inability to use our strategic software systems. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid to CatalystNode by the client in the preceding three-month period.
05. Jurisdiction & Governance
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively within the courts of Bangkok.
