When deploying our strategy node configurations, we collect data necessary for operational stability and identity verification. This includes name, enterprise email, and professional contact details.
Technical telemetry, including IP addresses and device identifiers, is logged to maintain the integrity of our analytics infrastructure.
Information Utilization
We utilize gathered information exclusively to facilitate the core functions of our B2B software portal. This includes:

Data Retention Standards
CatalystNode adheres to strict retention schedules aligned with Thai commercial regulations and international IT best practices. Personal data is archived only as long as an active service contract exists or as required by law for auditing purposes. Upon contract termination, data is purged or irreversibly anonymized within 90 days.
Third-Party Connectivity
We do not sell user data to brokers. For the purpose of delivering specialized infrastructure, CatalystNode may share data with vetted technical partners (e.g., localized cloud providers in Thailand) under strict Confidentiality Agreements. Total transparency regarding these handlers is available upon request through our compliance channels.

Protection Act (PDPA)
As a company operating within Bangkok, CatalystNode fully complies with the Thailand PDPA. This grants you specific controls over how your information is handled within our systems.
Access & Portability
Request a complete export of all personal identifiers currently stored on our analytics engine.
Right to Erasure
Secure the immediate deletion of non-critical data points from our node infrastructure.
